Dougie Mac launches Ultimate 40 Facebook page
The Douglas Macmillan Hospice has launched a Facebook page for its Ultimate 40 challenge.
The Ultimate 40 is made up of four local runs in 2013, which will total just over 40 miles.

Each supporter who enters all of the Alsager 5 (3rd February 2013), the Stafford 20 (10th March 2013), the Dougie Mac 5K (7th April 2013) and the Potters 'Arf (9th June 2013) will be entered into a prize draw to win £50.
The Facebook page will keep runners updated with all the latest news about all of the races, along with video clips and pictures from previous years as well as training diaries.
