Donate prize for big raffle
PRIZES are needed for an auction being held as part of a charity wine and cheese evening.
The event at The Old Hall Country House, Madeley, promises different types of music, stalls and a tombola, but organisers are keen to to raise as much as possible for the Donna Louise Children's Hospice Trust with an auction.
It is being staged by Crewe-based firm Sounds Right on July 9, between 6.30pm and 9.30pm. Patrick Jones, from Betley, whose wife Marina runs the company, said: "Vouchers for dinner at a hotel or restaurant would be great, or if a travel agent would like to donate a short break that would be good too."
Tickets for the event cost £6.
