LOSING FAITH: I was interested to read in Joseph Watts's article (The Sentinel April 14) that the England First Party wants to abolish 'all non-European religions'.

I belong to a faith that was founded by a Jewish Rabbi who lived in the Middle East.

It was a faith that spread mainly though Asia and only arrived quite late to these islands situated at the very edge of what was then the civilised world.

Even today most of the adherents of my faith live in Africa, South America, or Asia.

In fact, one could say that Europe is the one continent where my faith is struggling for existence.

I refer, of course, to Christianity.

So, many electors will be very interested to know that the English First Party intents to abolish the Church of England and the other Christian churches.

“Is it actually possible to "abolish" a religion?

Also, aren't all religions non-european in origin? I can't think of any that started in europe. Which means the England First Party want to abolish every religion.”
