Date set for ceramics conference
HUNDREDS of visitors are expected to attend a conference and exhibition dedicated to developing the ceramics industry.
Ceramics 2011 will be held on Thursday, November 10 at the Britannia Stadium.
Organisers say the event signals a "new era" for the industry, and it will focus on sharing innovations and best practice.
Councillor Mark Meredith, Stoke-on-Trent City Council cabinet member for economic development, said: "Ceramics 2011 is an opportunity to meet the market leaders and to learn from them.
