SENIOR and under-17 Oakamoor Cricket Club net sessions begin at Denstone College on Sunday (February 7).

Sessions will run from 8-9pm and the club is inviting all those interested to attend.

Indoor junior coaching sessions began last Friday from 6-7pm also at Denstone College.

Oakamoor will again be running under nine, U11, U13, U15 and U17 sides.

All budding cricketers are invited to attend.

Meanwhile, the Davies/Worthington Sports Ground club is celebrating a £3,000 grant from the Staffordshire Community Foundation Grassroots Fund.

The money will be used to purchase a tractor for grass cutting.
