Cricket: Knypersley without duo for Staffs Cup tie
KNYPERSLEY host Birmingham League side Cannock in the Staffordshire Cup second round tomorrow, without their Staffs pair of Paul Goodwin and Kim Barnett.
In the other clash, both home side Wombourne and visitors Stone SP face going into the tie depleted as the two sides have five Staffordshire players missing from the game.
Wombourne are without the trio of Karl Quiney and the Hughes brothers Liam and Alex, while Stone pair Jimmy Dawson and Russ Ballard are also missing.
In the quarter-finals of the Sentinel Talbot Shield, Burslem host Little Stoke, Alsager entertain Wood Lane and Cheadle meet Barlaston.
Knypersley play Newcastle and Hartshill, but the match has been switched to Newcastle due to the Staffs Cup game at Knypersley.
In the Cheshire Shield, Congleton have home advantage over Birkenhead St Mary's.
