Cricket: Ex-Moddershall pro joins Surrey
FORMER Moddershall professional Rangana Herath has joined Surrey until the end of the season.
The left-arm spinner was forced to cut short his stay with the North Staffs and South Cheshire League team after being called up by Sri Lanka for their Test series victory against Pakistan earlier in the summer.

Herath, aged 31, also took a match-winning eight-wicket haul in Sri Lanka's Test victory over New Zealand in Colombo at the weekend.
He will make his debut against Gloucestershire at Bristol today.
Herath took 14 wickets for Premier Division Moddershall, with best figures of 5-16.
