STEVE HOLLAND: The Yeovil game was typical of us, which is why we are where we are.

I didn't think we played very well in the first half and we were quite strong with the players at half-time.

We have been talking to them about hitting consistent levels and most of them did last weekend against the MK Dons.

They put in the sort of 7/10 performances you are looking for, but we had nobody at that level in the first half at Yeovil."

ANTHONY ELDING: Yeovil was a bit of a kick in the teeth. Their last goal hit both posts and went in.

At the minute it seems we're not getting that luck we probably deserve at times, but we have to keep going.

You have to be confident in football as there are teams out there like Yeovil who are fighting to stay in this League.

No-one is going to be kind to you and give you the result, you have to go out and get it.

RONNIE MOORE (Tranmere manager): Chris Shuker looked like Chris Shuker against Cheltenham and that has been coming.

He's a menace, he's a threat, he can round people and they didn't know what to do with him.

We were a bit nervy in the first half (against Cheltenham), but we had a word at half-time about increasing the tempo and after that I thought we were the better side.

Once we got into our stride I didn't think they could live with us.
