STEVE Davis says the Gresty Road boo-boys are a good indicator of the club's rapid climb during his time in charge.

"For us to lose two games on the run is suddenly seen as a disaster, and that's a brilliant reaction from the fans because it proves we've come a long way," he said.
"They expect us to win every game and beat Portsmouth, who even though they are bottom of the league, are a massive club.
"We take it on the chin. We want to keep improving and doing the best we possibly can."
Tickets for Crewe's Johnstone's Paint Trophy final against Southend United at Wembley on April 7 go on general sale at 9am today.
Season ticket-holders and members snapped up 4,500 tickets since they went on sale last Wednesday.
