THE countdown has officially begun to Cheshire's leading live music festival Whatfest as summer temperatures continue to soar. This years three-day festival features some fantastic bands and acts including The Bluetones, pictured, Dodgy, China Crisis, Sam Isaac, Alexis Blue, Dirty Avenues and Luke Leighfield alongside local hereos The Shallow Call. Also featuring will be the cream of the North West's new music talent, such as The Mekkits, The Arkanes, China White, Bigfinn and The Roseville Band to name but a few. Camping is available throughout the festival, which will also boast a feast of entertainment, hot food stalls, and fully licensed bars.
