Newcastle-under-Lyme College (NULC) is celebrating after scooping a top national marketing award.

The College won the Gold Award in the Magazine Publication Category at the College Marketing Network's 2012 FE First Awards for its community newspaper and course guide, NULC News.

Lucy King, Head of Marketing and Communications at the College, said: "We're delighted to receive this award. The aim of NULC News is to help position the College at the centre of the community we serve. I hope that people who receive the newspaper enjoy reading it and are inspired by some of the stories that are featured."
