ACROBATS, balancing acts and comedy routines are lined-up for a charity circus show.

Circus Starr is bringing its shows to Hanley and Stafford in April.

The Congleton-based organisation puts on events across the country to raise money for various charities and proceeds from the events in North Staffordshire will go towards the Donna Louise Children's Hospice.

Shows will be held in Hanley Park at 2pm and 5pm on Saturday, April 10.

The Stafford shows take place at Bednall Head Farm car boot sale site, Cannock Road, at 4.45pm and 7pm on Friday, April 30.

Tickets cost £14 plus VAT, with children under three admitted free.
