WILLOW TIME: Children have been taught the art of willow weaving so they can maintain a new outdoor classroom.
The willow structure has been planted at Smallwood Manor Preparatory School, Uttoxeter.

Pupils will need the weaving know-how to work any new growth back in to the sculpture.
Headteacher Mike Harrison said: "We encourage pupils to play outside and this is perfect for them."
Peter Wood, of willow experts Greenwood Days, passed on his tips to the young gardeners.
He said: "Living willow lends itself perfectly for play and classroom areas."
Pictured are pupils Paddy Fitzgerald, aged six, and seven-year-old Jenny Farmer.
