“She then hit him to the back of the head.”
The boy was hit with an ashtray and Howle made another 15-year-old boy hit the victim causing his nose to bleed.
“She told him he had to lick the blood up,” said Miss Chamberlin.
The court heard the victim asked to go to the toilet and Howle told another youth to go with him.
Howle made the victim drink his own urine and he was then forced to eat a mouldy sausage roll which she coated in cigarette ash and spat on.
She called the boy names and told him to say he had not been with her before letting him go on August 2.
Howle, aged 26, of Heath Street, Chesterton, pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Saleema Mahmood, mitigating, said Howle, who has a history of violence, accepted the boy was degraded during the prolonged attack.
Recorder Stephen Lowne said the assault was ‘one of the most dreadful offences of violence towards children’ he has come across in a long time.
“This is not simply an assault occasioning actual bodily harm, it is both mental and physical torture. An exercise of sadism on your part,” he told Howle.
“You were described as towering over him and he was cowering away from you, and the threats began. This was a long process of intimidation.”
Recorder Lowne told Howle she has an appalling record for violence.
He added: “You engaged in gratuitous degradation of this young boy and caused others to join in against their will.
“These children were put through the most dreadful ordeal.”
