Cheadle bodies update: investigation continues, suspected names released
POLICE are continuing a detailed forensic investigation at a house in Cheadle after the discovery of two bodies.
The bodies of a 42-year-old man and 46-year-old woman were found by officers at the property in Ness Grove on Monday afternooon.

Police have yet to formally identify the bodies but they are believed to be Mark Chandler and Karen Climpson, who were a couple and lived at the property.
A spokesman for Staffordshire Police said officers were expected to be at the property for the next few days.

Officers are continuing to carry out house-to-house inquiries in the area and high visibility patrols have been increased to reassure local people.
Specially trained officers are also providing support to the families.
Home Office post-mortem examinations are due to take place later today, Tuesday, and tomorrow, Wednesday.
