AUCTION: An auction is being held to raise funds for St Lawrence's Church. A variety of lots will be up for grabs. The event at Biddulph Town Hall starts at 7pm on Friday.
CONCERT: A fund-raising concert featuring North Staffs Accordion Band will be held at St Luke's Methodist Church, in Severn Drive, Clayton, on Friday, September 28 from 7.30pm to 10pm. Tickets are £5. To book, call 01782 634766
COFFEE MORNING: St Paul's Church, in Smithpool Road, Fenton, will hold a coffee morning to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support on Friday, September 28 from 9.15am to 11.45am. Refreshments will be available and there will also be a bring and buy stall.
THANKSGIVING: There will be a harvest thanksgiving and eucharist at St Bertoline's Church, Barthomley, on Sunday, September at 10.30 am. Everyone is welcome.

BE EDUCATED: A religious teaching event, open to everyone, will take place at All Saints' Church, Madeley, on Tuesday from 7pm to 9.15pm. The event will be aimed at understanding the Bible.
COFFEE MORNING: Madeley Methodist Church will host a coffee morning in memory of fellow choir on Saturday from 10am till 1pm. Proceeds will go to Macmillan Cancer Support. There will also be a bring and buy event with stalls and a raffle.
ON A MISSION: Becky Tudosie will be speaking about her experience as an Elim Missionary in Romania at Longton Elim Church on Saturday at 2.30pm. The event is open to everybody.
WORSHIP: A teaching and worship event led by Paul and Vicky Miche will be held at Trentham Parish Church on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets cost £10 and can be bought on the door.
HARVEST SUPPER: Holy Trinity Church in Hartshill is holding a harvest supper in the Minton Community Centre on Saturday from 7pm. Entry costs £6 for adults and £4 for under 14s.
