Chell Heath cannabis-user sold drugs to fund own habit
CANNABIS user Lee Morrell supplied the drug to friends to fund his own habit, a court heard.
Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court yesterday heard police executed a search warrant at the defendant's address at 8.10pm on November 16.
They found digital scales, 8.45 grams of cannabis vegetation worth £80 and £225 worth of flephedrone.
Prosecutor Fiona Cortese said: "Officers seized mobile phones which contained evidence to suggest the defendant was involved in supplying cannabis."

In his police interview, Morrell said he smoked up to £20 worth of cannabis a day and sold to friends on occasions.
He said be bought the flephedrone to take to a party.
The defendant, aged 30, of Recorder Grove, Chell Heath, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis with intent to supply and possession of class B drug flephedrone.
Arif Hussain, mitigating, said Morrell was candid with police.
"He did not seek to minimise his role. He acknowledged he made a bit of money to fund his own habit."
Judge David Fletcher sentenced Morrell to a 12-month community order with a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement. He must also pay £345 costs.
