BURSLEM
Timothy Bloor, aged 45, of Dartmouth Street, Burslem, was jailed by District Judge David Taylor for 14 days after pleading guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order which was imposed on October 30.

TUNSTALL
Adam Wilkes, aged 25, of Clanway Street, Tunstall, has been banned from driving for 12 months after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis on December 23. He was also fined him £250 with £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Natasha Walters, aged 22, of Francis Street, Tunstall, will stand trial after pleading not guilty to common assault on Emma Taylor at Tunstall on December 24. She will next appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on March 11 and was conditionally bailed.

Lee Davison aged 31, of Springbank Road, Chell, has pleaded not guilty to driving with excess alcohol, driving with no insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence at Tunstall on December 24. He will stand trial at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on March 14.
