Burslem man arrested in anti-terror operation
POLICE have arrested a man from Burslem on suspicion of breaching anti-terror laws.
The West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit said the 26-year-old was detained in West Yorkshire on suspicion of possessing documents likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
A police spokesman said the suspect was arrested by unarmed officers at about 12.45pm yesterday in the Undercliffe area of Bradford.Computer and other electronic equipment was seized for forensic analysis following searches of the man's home in Burslem and another domestic property in the Undercliffe area.
