Bursary help for teenagers
YOUNG people are being thrown a financial lifeline through a bursary scheme worth up to £500 per student.
Realise Foundation, which is part of the Aspire Group, is offering financial support to teenagers so they can continue in education or training.
Recipients must be over the age of 16, either studying or living in North Staffordshire, and at risk of dropping out of education due to financial hardship. They must not be claiming financial help from elsewhere.
Realise Foundation has launched the scheme to build on its work supporting apprenticeships, lifelong learning and environmental improvements.
