A CHAMPAGNE reception to launch a stunning new viewhome has been rearranged to take place this weekend after the wintry weather scuppered plans to hold it last Saturday.

The special opening event at Taylor Wimpey's 'The Enclave' development at Pipe Gate, near Woore, was due to be held on Saturday but was postponed following heavy snow and visitors are now invited to view the select, gated development of just three luxurious executive detached properties close to the Cheshire border this Saturday instead.

Home-hunters wishing to take a guided tour of the five-bedroom 'Hurstborne' viewhome – and enjoy a welcome glass of fizz and canapés on arrival – are being asked to booking an appointment as soon as possible.

Carl Cooke, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, says: "We apologise for any inconvenience caused to those who were hoping to attend last weekend's opening event at The Enclave but sometimes the British weather can put paid to the best laid plans!

"We're keeping the bubbly on ice until Saturday."

The exceptional Tudor-style 'Hurstborne' detached house occupies a third-of-an-acre plot at The Enclave, and boasts a striking split staircase and a galleried landing which are sure to make an impression on visitors.

One of just three properties on sale at The Enclave, it features a large kitchen/breakfast room and a generous lounge, both opening through French doors to the private rear garden plus a separate dining room, a family room, a home office, a utility room and a guest cloakroom.

Upstairs the galleried landing opens through French doors to an attractive private terrace and also leads to an en-suite master bedroom with dressing area, a second en-suite bedroom, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Outside is a detached double garage and additional driveway parking.

The Hurstborne is on the market at £515,000.

Carl says there has been considerable interest shown from potential buyers in the similar five-bedroom 'Jameson', priced at £495,000. The third property at The Enclave, the 'Knowle', has already been reserved.

Each property will be completed to an exceptional standard specification, including integrated AEG kitchen appliances, top-of-the-range Amtico and Porcelanosa tiles, remote-operated garage doors and gate, plus an integrated alarm system.
