Brisk start to car swapping
THE area's biggest family-run motor group is staging its annual car swap event this month and says it has got off to a flying start with more than 100 deals done last weekend alone.
The Holdcroft Group's car swap allows drivers to get an instant valuation on their current car and then take their pick of any of the 1,000 or so used cars displayed at the multi-franchise business. All buyers have to do is pay the difference between the valuation on their car and the sticker price displayed in the windscreen of the cars on sale. In some cases they may even be able to do a straight swap.
A company spokesman says: "All our stock has been reduced in price and the aim is to make the process of changing cars as easy, and cost-effective, as possible for the motorist. We got off to a flying start with more than 100 cars being swapped last weekend alone and customers really appreciate how easy it is to drive in with their old car and drive away with a different one.
"The month-long campaign is being backed by some special low rate finance offers including no deposit deals and interest free credit."
