Bring back the death penalty
I TOTALLY agree with Martin Tideswell. The death penalty should be put back on the list of punishments.
Prison is more of a holiday camp these days.
The prisoners have three meals a day when there are families that don't even get one hot meal.
To have video game consoles, TVs, CD players and a bed is just wrong.

It costs us taxpayers millions to keep scumbags living in luxury with no bills to pay and no worries.
People that rape, kill or beat up children, old people and the disabled should be hung drawn and quartered.
To harm children, and then to only serve a minimum of 25 years, is a joke.
There are too many do-gooders these days.
Human rights organisations get right up my nose.
What about the rights of victims such as Holly Wells Jessica Chapman, Keith Bennett, April Jones and Jamie Bulger?
What about poor old age pensioners such as Emma Winnall, who died after being battered in her own home?
This country is on its knees and it would be a lot better if someone in Parliament had the backbone to say we will bring back hanging or introduce the electric chair for anyone that takes a life.

“Personally, I think they should bring back public lynchings. You could get a good ten in on the TV if they canceled the X Factor.”

“and what about innocent victims who have been sent to prison for murder only to be acquitted year later? how exactly do we UN hang someone?
you talk about the cost of keeping people in prison, here's an idea, why not...I know I know, stupid concept, but, why not TRY to find out what the hell you are talking about before jerking that knee?
HERE one 30 second google search,
California
Assessment of Costs by Judge Arthur Alarcon and Prof. Paula Mitchell (2011, updated 2012)
The authors concluded that the cost of the death penalty in California has totaled over $4 billion since 1978:
$1.94 billion--Pre-Trial and Trial Costs
$925 million--Automatic Appeals and State Habeas Corpus Petitions
$775 million--Federal Habeas Corpus Appeals
$1 billion--Costs of Incarceration
The authors calculated that, if the Governor commuted the sentences of those remaining on death row to life without parole, it would result in an immediate savings of $170 million per year, with a savings of $5 billion over the next 20 years.

I know, you will probably say we shouldn't give them the right to appeal, Hell, you would probably say we shouldn't even give them a TRIAL,
But as the US is one of the few modern western countries to still carry out the barbaric act of state killings, I thought I would just show you how much it actually costs to kill someone legally,
TELL us... what are your feelings towards sharia law?
and when did being a "do-gooder" become a bad thing? would you prefer a society run by do-badders? What a strange letter, hang drawing and quartering eh? why stop there? what about good old skinning alive? boiling alive in oil? pulled apart by horses that used to be a good one, would those satisfy you blood lust and thirst for revenge?”

“I would like to know what it is that this lady thinks is the penalty of hanging, drawing and quatering? And if she does know what it entails (or entrails to be more precise) would she have the strengh and stomach (no pun intended) to carry out this punishment? And where are we going to bury the parts of the body?
It doesn't stop murder anyway as most are carried out hot bloodiedly rather than planned and I was abused as a child but wouldn't want any of their blood on my hands. Why not think things through instead of ruddy reacting all of the time.”

“For these low-life's of society there should be an exceptional punishment that relates to their crimes and a cushy prison life should be replaced with hard labor for the SCUM.
The government are talking about introducing life means life sentences for repeat offenders of these crimes! If they are repeat offenders of such **** crimes, they shouldn't be kept alive in luxury at the expense of the tax-payer. They should be eradicated from society, then hopefully setting an example will eradicate such evil beings!”
