Stoke City: Potters complete Camara loan deal
by Michael Baggaley
STOKE City have completed the signing of Wigan striker Henri Camara on loan until the end of the season.
-

The 31-year old becomes the second striker to join Stoke during the transfer window, following the capture of James Beattie from Sheffield United.
The pair join Ricardo Fuller, Dave Kitson, Mama Sidibe, Richard Cresswell and Vincent Pericard competing for places up front.
Pulis is thought to have made central defence and midfield his priority as he attempts to further strengthen before today's 5pm deadline.

“I agree ST, Ledley is expensive at 7 Mil, but specuclate to accumulate, I would love to see him down at the Brit, he a really good player as you all know. We will really show ambition and committment if we get him, here's hoping.. Up the Potters!!!”

“Ledley would be a good signing as he has been a revelation in the centre for Cardiff this season. Means that Whelan may struggle to get a game tho. I think the Camara signing indicates that Mama aint back anytime soon!”

“I agree - I think 7 million is far too much - we have Etherington in now in that position. I wouldnt play him in the middle either to be honest - he isnt a Pulis sort of player for the middle of midfield is he? I doubt if Fuller will leave either - Camara and Beattie will now be first choice though!”

“Kitson to Pompey for 3m. Ledley on his way for medical, 7m accepted by Cardiff. A bit steep 7m though”
