Body found in Stoke-on-Trent canal today - UPDATE
POLICE are not treating the death of a man whose body was pulled out of a canal as suspicious.
Emergency services recovered the man's body from the Etruria stretch of the Trent and Mersey Canal at 9.50am today.

Police today pulled a body from the Trent and Mersey Canal near Etruria.
The alarm was raised by a passer-by around Bedford Locks.
A police spokesman said: "The man has yet to be formally identified and next-of-kin have yet to be informed.
