BIRDS of prey will be on display at Bridgemere Nursery and Garden World on Sunday.

The birds, from Gentleshaw Wildlife Centre in Eccleshall, will be at the centre, just south of Nantwich, from 11am until 4pm.

There will be a red tail buzzard and different breeds of owls for visitors to look at.

Garden centre manager Gary Kemp said: "I am delighted the representatives and birds of prey from Gentleshaw will be coming to the garden centre.

"Visitors will be given the opportunity to get up close to these fascinating birds and learn about their habitat and why they were rescued by the centre."
