The items being sold have all been donated by local companies, and Animal Lifeline supporters.
Cassie Fletcher, a volunteer for the charity, said: "We have had terrific support and we are hoping the auction will boost our funds at a very busy time of year.
"We have more than 100 dogs in our kennels and the cost of providing them with food and veterinary care is substantial.
"Without the support of the caring dog-lovers in Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas, we couldn't rescue and rehome so many abandoned dogs."
The auction, which is among a number of fund-raisers planned for the summer, begins at 7pm with viewing from 6.30pm.
