The Sentinel

WITH regard to your story about the Reverend Francis Cooke being axed from his job at Bentley headlined 'Vicar: I've lost my job at Christmas' (Sentinel, December 22).

Bentley wanting to be more multi-faith shows how quickly the fabric of this country has changed thanks to Labour's reckless years of mass immigration.

Whenever I hear the words multi-faith or multi-culture I cringe because I know our civilisation is splitting more and more into two camps with the Christian faith being hit the most.

I cringe when I hear people say happy holidays at Christmas time or call it the winter holidays.

At the last check we still are (or just about) a Christian country and if people from other faiths or cultures are miffed by that, then may I suggest a one-way ticket to the country of their faith or culture?

The far-right is moving fast in this country with UKIP gaining ground.

People are starting to see for themselves that the main parties are all the same.

Mass immigration has been a disaster and stories like this one shows how far it has gone.

The people at the top at Bentley should show some guts and stop acting like sheep.

“UKIP, and the idiots and clowns of the BNP and EDL, come on, I don't agree with mist of the things that UKIP stand for, but come on, you have yo give them more respect them then gangs of uneducated Muppets. They are on the verge of a break though in politics and the last thing that are going to do is take Kermit and Miss Piggie with them.”

“There is no such thing as a Christian country. A man can become a Christian but a nation cannot. I am a Christian and I can see no reason for any business (Mammon) needing a vicar (God). Rich men, camels and needles spring to mind.

By the way, Christians are in the minority..... and no you cannot be born a Christian any more than you can be born a Muslim or Buddhist.”

“Would have more sympathy for this Meadowcraft character if I imagined for one second he knows anything about the teachings and sacrifice of the man known as Jesus Christ.
UKIP are in no way in with a real chance you dim wit. In a weird way I wish they were because at least it might shake the parasites up a bit. But do you really think that they would align themselves with BNP? How the hell can you run a country without selling stuff to other people?
The lack of out of the box thinking tires anyone with enough concern left to even read this ruddy letter.”

“Who actually believes he was sacked due to "multiculturalism". I would suggest someone in the boardroom became aware of his existence and said "why the hell as a car company got a chaplain?". The next ones to go will be the company juggler and tightrope walker, they are just as irrelevant to a modern company.”

“Again, this country is built on a culture of understanding of others, witch in no way is shown in this letter. If any religion wants to hold a position anywhere, how about that religion sticking there hands in there pockets and paying for it, and that goes for the NHS.”
