Bail for Denise Jones death crash suspect
A MAN arrested in connection with a fatal collision has had his bail extended.
The 56-year-old was arrested on suspicion of causing the death of Denise Jones by dangerous driving.
Denise, aged 55, of Heath Street, Chesterton, was a passenger on husband Adrian's Suzuki bike when it was in collision with a car in Bradwell Lane, Bradwell.
A post-mortem examination revealed the mother-of-three died as a result of head injuries.
Adrian, aged 56, suffered serious injuries in the collision and was treated at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire.
The couple, who had been on a day trip to Buxton, were minutes from their home when the crash happened on June 4.
The suspect will now answer his bail in October.
