BMW is fleet favourite - again.
BMW has once again dominated a poll of Britain's business drivers and fleet managers asking them to name their favourite cars and manufacturers.
The 3 Series was voted BusinessCar magazine's Car of the Yea for the third time in a row and BMW completed the treble by being voted Manufacturer of the Year for the third time in succession and its X5 was yet again the winner in the Large 4x4 category for an incredible sixth time.
A spokesman for the magazine, which counts 18,000 influential decision makers in the fleet market as readers, says: "It's the hat-trick for BMW as the premium German brand snares its third consecutive BusinessCar Manufacturer of the Year title after another 12 months that saw exciting new models and more reductions in emissions.
"Obviously the launch of the new 3-series saloon and Touring, BMW's fleet favourite and the new Business Car of the Year, was the major news for 2012 but there was plenty else going on in terms of modification and improvement to the firm's model range during last year to make it even more appealing to corporate customers.''
