Appeal - Train strikes object at Kidsgrove
At around 21:50 hours on 7th February 2012 the 20:48 Manchester to Stoke-on-Trent Northern Rail service struck an object in the area of Harecastle Tunnel Stoke on Trent. There were no injuries to anyone on-board the train officers from BTP attended the scene and are treating the incident as suspicious. Anyone with any information is requested to contact British Transport Police on 0800 404050 or Crime stoppers 0800 555 111.
