A500 to close for roadworks
PART of the A500 is to be closed for overnight roadworks.
The closure will be in place on the Stoke stretch between 8pm and 6am for one week from Monday, November 19.
It will allow contractors to replace an expansion joint on the Glebe Street overbridge on the A500.
Highways Agency project manager Mark Collins said: "These essential works have been planned carefully to minimise disruption for motorists.
